PRODUCTIVE RAMADAN PROGRAM

ISLAMIZATION COMMITTEE

Bangladesh community, one of the largest community of IIUM, is involving social, religious, cultural, and many more programs in IIUM. Religious programs are launched by Islamization wing, one of the effective wings of IIUM Bangladesh Community. Among the activities of Islamization committee, Productive Ramadan is the biggest program in Ramadan. Productive Ramadan program includes conducting classes on Quran recitation, Islamic talks, congregational supplication and having Iftar together. This program boosts Iman and strengthen brotherhood among Bangladeshi students.

We have come forth with a set of programs described in this proposal. It is our hope that this program would give us an opportunity to take advantages of mercy and blessings of Ramadan effectively with the spirit of Taqwa.

 

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM:

• To achieve rewards and blessings of the month of Ramadan by passing it in a productive manner.
• To strengthen the relationship and brotherhood among the community members.
• To gain useful and beneficial knowledge about Islam from the program.

Ramadan is the month of generosity and multiple rewards. Productive Ramadan program enhances moral and spiritual strength of students. We appreciate all the cooperation and support from anyone to continue this event. May Allah accept all of our good intention and deeds.
